I have a Voodoo 5 5500 pci Mac that i run through DVI with thunderGL18 on a regular basis. I'm in for testing a new version anytime. Oh i also have a S3 VirgeDX 8mb card with what I believe is a 3rd party FastWare bios chip and a geforce4 ti4200 with burnt pixel pipelines.

3dfx, the zombie that won't die!

The changes: the project respawned. ThunderGL in the current form is discontinued. The usable sources of it are implemented with together an another source codes of me. The new software called XXXXXXXXXXXX.
Becouse XXXXXXXXXXXXis very different from thundergl, i will start a new topic for it, and i will write a long description from it.

Haven't been with the Forum very frequently and just wanted to stop by to apologize for not keeping up to date (I remember promising to keep ThunderGL files up-to-date in the Archive and I hate breaking a given promise).

In short, a recent transfer kept me busy like hell (and mostly very tired), resulting in me basically not keeping up with neither Forum, or maintaining the website in the first place at all.

Can't tell when I'll get back into all that but I'll see to it that I'll put up TitaniumGL into the Archive when it's ready (PM, EMail me or hit me with any metal object onto the head should I miss it again Wink )

As I seem to age at an alarming rate (with all personal consequences, I often feel like an engine that just keeps losing power due to some wicked reason) I started wondering if I can still give the 3dfx Archive the work it deserves - for the sake of keeping the 3dfx folks up to date...

Many things that occupied my life and that I intensively cared for in many years appear to lose importance to me or I plain can't find the energy to invest into them anymore.
Just plain weird, although I can't find - let alone pinpoint - a definite reason these tendencies don't seem right and head into a direction I don't like (even by my own standards).

Oh well, enough of that, the way I know myself, one day I'll get mad about it and kick right back into frantic action *g*

Falcon, I think we can all appreciate your time and energy to keeping things going here and we all know there's more to life then staying online. Do what you need to do man, I don't think anyone here is going to be upset about it.

And not having as much energy as you used too is common, it's called "getting old".      Wink
