Title: eBay Opinion

VOODOO3 3000 PCI 16MB VIDEO CARD FACTORY SEALED (NEW)

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=160197668831&ssPageName=STRK:MEWN:IT&ih=006

Looking at this item, would you believe the item to be in its factory sealed box with the plasic wrap on it?  I thought I did and I got it and it was opened and dented...

Nope I would not - since there is visibly no shrink-wrap on the box. :P

I'd have a word with the seller since it is advertised as factory sealed.

Be honest- Tell them you are a collector and "factory sealed" condition rates a premium price which this item does not merit since it is not factory sealed.

BTW- The Voodoo 3 series that I have varied if shrink wrapped or not, my Voodoo 3 was not shrink wrapped when I purchased it new.

Maybe you should have think before bidding such a, in my opinion, ridiculous price ...

The seller does not have to take it...and I guess he will not take it...

Store this deal under "eBay - Buys which teached me"

Almost everybody bought a thing which wasn't in the condition you desired...

I definately learned my lesson with this one.  It appeared to be shrink wrapped to my eyes, and when I asked him of the condition of the box, He said it was "Just as it came from the store".  Granted that might have been without shrink wrap fromt he begining... But I wonder what he meant by factory sealed? The only thing that seals the boxes is the shrink wrap   :-/  Oh well, I decieded to keep it and suck it up.  Thanks for the input guys...

Read carefully!

THE CARD IS STILL FACTORY SEALED
Since when is a card the same as a box?

This is not the place for this discussion. The marketplace is for selling, buying or trading items only.

The card cannot be factory sealed... the plastic containers the cards come in do not get sealed... the boxes do...

Either way I am keeping it and gave him Postitive feedback, I can justify it because I just bought a factory sealed V5 5500 AGP for cheap... so im happy :)

'Factory sealed card' means it's in an anti-static bag with a yellow sticker (never opened).

Which this card wasnt.  It was just in the plastic container, like all of those cards came in.  Oh well, I'm over it, my rant is done :)
