i am working on a new 3Dfx prototyp list

i will do some changes to older lists so please all owners of a Voodoo5 6000, 5000 and Daytona send me a PM or eMail with:
PCB-ID
PCB-Date
serial number
and is she working or not, if not please tell also why, example: Hint bridge

if you have a 6000 please tell me also have it internal Power connectors, PCI rework or not and the number written on the U509 IC
