Maybe this old news to some but ive only seen the 2 card setup with connector, in the latest maximumpc mag they show a gigabyte 3d1, which is 2 6600 gt core in sli on 1 board pretty much just like the v5500 or so it looks, says the only way to buy it is with there mobo but the price at bad 600 for card and mobo.

sry but this info is really old.... and the crap is: the board runs ONLY on the Mobo it comes with and there's no way to run other third party sli systems on this mobo....computerbase tested it and say the bios isn't really good and the performance is slower than a single 6600GT if there's no SLI Support  ::)

lol, just saw it in latest pc mag, everything is old by the time its sent to me. still thought it was neat seeing 2 of them gpu's on 1 board since that xgi deal.

Maybe in the near future will see one that's worthy???
