You can change Position and Size with the Reg-Variables listed above. These adjustments only work if [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Class\Display\0000\TIMINGS \ "UseGTF"="1" is set. And you have to match the HZ with the corresponding hz-line in the registry. The modelines look a bit different from the ones from Linux/XFree86 but it's possible.

P.S. @patience i finetuned the driver you sent to me to allow 1152x768 and 85hz in all resolutions up to 800x600 by changing these two lines:
HKR,"MODES\1024,768",Mode1,,"21.8-50,50-80,+,+" HKR,,MaxResolution,,"1024,768"
HKR,"MODES\1152,864",Mode1,,"21.8-57,50-90,+,+" HKR,,MaxResolution,,"1152,864"
