What's new in 1.04.00
- Fixed issue which caused a slowdown with some Glide and OpenGL applications.
- Fixed issue with Unreal not running with OpenGL.
- Fixed issue with Quake 3's brightness control being grayed out.
- Fixed issue with pulsating circles around edges of jump pads and lighting around skull being corrupted with Q3 test.
- Fixed issue with fog not correctly displayed on Q3 Test.
- Fixed issue with Quake 3 Smoke trails and other alpha blended effects that caused frame rate to slow to near zero.
- Updated OpenGL with miscellaneous bug fixes.

- Voodoo Banshee based chipset video card
- 16MB of RAM or more Suggested
Download and Installation Instructions
NOTE: For Fresh Installations, complete Steps 1 - 9 before removing your existing 2D card. If existing Voodoo Banshee drivers are being updated, installation is complete once step 9 is done.
- Extract the files for the Voodoo Banshee driver to a directory.
- Log-in to Windows NT as Administrator.
- Click Start, Contol Panel. Double-click on Display.
- Click the settings tab then click "Change"
- Click "Have Disk" and enter the path to the extracted drivers.
- When asked to choose a device, select "Voodoo Banshee"
- You may then be prompted to insert the Windows NT Voodoo Banshee Driver Disk. Enter the path to the drivers again.
- Windows NT will copy the drivers.
Steps 10-13 are only used during a fresh installation
- Power off the system and remove your existing 2D card.
- Install the Voodoo Banshee Card in a free PCI/AGP Slot
- Power on the system and verify that video appears during post
- Start Windows NT. If problems occur, revert to "Last Known Good" from within the Windows NT startup options.
NOTE: These drivers will NOT work with: Voodoo3, Voodoo2, Voodoo Rush or Voodoo Graphics based cards.
