Just wondering if anyone is interested in writing some 3Dfx related (or anything else related) articles, guides or How to's for x-3dfx.com.

Each day we've got more content available but it would be nice to use the collective knowledge of folks to really offer content that is unique.

Just a question.

Hmmm well I would like to but since I really don't have a huge collection of cards and there are a lot more people that know more about the company then I, I'm probably going to pass on this one.

heh sorry there the names were just an example heeh to write doen about 400 names would make the page ultra huge haha ;D

Is the EZForum x-3dfx gone?

the Azboard isn't the original x-3dfx ;) as most thought it was heh, x-3dfx.com is the original place which was created by the webmasters of 3dfx Interactive Belfast, Ierland.

The Ezboard was a site beyond that, our board is alot friendlier as well as it will get alot better also.

Nope.. EZboard is still there.

See the EZboards were connected to x-3dfx.com for a while as the forums. It was but a temporary arrangement. What happened was a power grab.

The admins and mods of the ezboard forum did not want to transfer over to the newer forums being created on the main site because they loved the power they had there and got comfortable. So the site remained in operation in conjunction with the EZboard forums up until 2002-2003 when Boingball received administration of the x-3dfx.com site from Reed.

From there he worked to bring the site back to life and created a new forum which is in every way superior to the ezboard forums (anyone who's posted or been a member of an ezboard forum knows how unreliable and expensive the service is).

So there you have it.. since then the x-3dfx.com forum flourished before dying early last year (2006) due to a lack of time Boing had to keep 'er going.

So he then passed the torch down to me. And here we are.
