Hmm.. the manual states I should have no problem running 256 ECC modules but it seems to have other ideas...
Installed the second optional OS tonight, so far so good...

hmm 256MB ECC modules is quite normal for a Dual Pentium3 mobo gary, a friend of mine had a SuperMicro 370DE6 which could take 4c 512MB PC133 ECC Reg Max okay he did have a Socket 1 aka Socket 370 based mobo since yours is Slot 1 orsay S.E.C.C. 1/2 4x 256MB ECC Reg is quite normal, I think 4x 512 would be possible with a bios update
My ABiT VP6 can have 4x 512MB ECC Reg as well, so ir's normal that it can take 4x 256 ECC Reg. hehe 8)

Actually most BX PII/PIII boards don't, all the BX board I have here do not.
Maybe later chipsets but not most BX. GX does with no problem...

I'm not sure Gary can help me with the "BackPlate" but I'm pretty sure I can get the "Tail Support Bracket" from him.
I'm recharging my PayPal account now ???
Just give me the word Gary and I'll transfer the necessary funds

Greetings! Surfing the 'net with a triple 200SBi powered IRON system tonight
NT4 sure can be cranky accessing the internet through a home network system.
Gary
P.S. Not what this thread is about, just stopping in while working on the Iron system...

All set on the adapter, it would be cool to get an intel driver disk and manual... hmm.
Anyone have a manual and disk for a Intel Pro 100+ ?

For the moment, needs two sticks of 128 MB PC-100 to be correct.

Fooled me at first to- It's in between the sound card and Ultra100 drive adapter.

Could but won't- What is shown is correct down to number of internal connectors and color codes =)
