V5 Vsync controls not working in UT99 (Read 114 times)

Have tried everything from changing the VSync settings in the control panel and editing the unrealtournament.ini file Clean XPSP3 install with SFFT 1.6's

Never mind. Found it ! MesaFX was interfering. Seems MesaFX has the upperhand when it comes to display settings. You need to set all options in MesaFX control panel and not the regular 3Dfx control panel
