Just arrived. I didn't really think much of the European version of the V4 4500.... but now that I see it in person, it's very cool.

Very very nice Gary. As we would expect from you.
What insightful information does it contain or is it a 3dfx secret?
A DVD with interviews from 3dfx employees, I'm waiting for permission to share the disc.
Whoa impressive.....

Watching the video I peg the date it was made around 3rd or 4th quarter 1997. A treasure trove of information and screenshots!
Seeing a rack of green PCB Obsidian boards is a trip!
Looking about a gig in size for the whole DVD, I think a torrent would be best unless FF wants to host it for a bit.

I vote for torrent.
I have a torrent machine that I can leave on 24/7 - so I will be able to seed for everyone when I have DL the DVD...

My goodness, all I can say is gimme gimme gimme!!!
Way to go Gary. Did you really get it from Gary Tirolli btw, or was that just the postcard?
You could try encoding it with Divx, that should get the size down a bit.

Encode it? I want maximum quality
! I'd rather download/upload a torrent a few hours more
.
Anyhow, nice find! Can't wait to see it

If you do it right there shouldn't be much quality loss.

Yes, the disc is from Gary Tirolli, I'm in somewhat regular contact with him and Scott Sellers.
I thought of encoding with Divx but seeing it is only a gig...

I'll take whatever you're offering, but it would be nice to get the full video.

I'm very interested in whatever you have Gary.
That's really nice to have chats with those guys, what do they think about your site? How did you get in touch with them, did they just one day give you an email?
