My first own car after the accident at january 5th 2007 - don't panic, I wasn't responsible and wasn't harmed. :)

I drove on a main road, suddenly I saw another car skidding on the opposite side of the road - first thought "oh no, that won't be easy to catch" - second thought "ouh, I don't want an accident" - third thought "damn, I don't want to search for a new car again" (as I mentioned I had the car for just 3 months) and then it happened...
The opponent went at about 80 km/h (about 50 mph), I went at about 60 km/h (about 37 mph)...

My second own car, bought last week - 116 instead of 90 hp, fog lamps, alloy rims instead of steel rims but only 100 euros more expensive than the old one. :)

"Not so good" - now that's what I call understatement... ;)

Unfortunately the findings went to prosecution and the insurance company refuses to pay anything before they don't have access to the files so I have a new car but I'm over my head with debts.
I consider selling some of my items to pay the depts off because I feel queasy when I have debts, mainly such a high amount of money. Now I am about 4800 euros in debt because my first own car wasn't paid up yet so I had about 2000 euros from that buying and 2800 from the second car...  :-/
