Anyhow...for your MERC games section - I found the UT2003 'software' renderer.

There's some INI configuring involved...but it's simple stuff!

not an AALchemy 8464 setup you would need a totally different PSU and PSU setup for that do remember that the 8164 needed a speacial PSU, "A serious warning though as the power supply for the video board is rated for 75 amps @ 2.9 volts, it has 75 AMPS on the 2.9V feed which is the core feed for the 8 VSA-100 chips.", though there are newer based ones with later based power up modules true there, but still if you want to power up 4 8164's as an 8464 setup you would deffintiely need alot more than just a single 425 watt PSU

It does have a True AGP x2 3.3 Volt slot, so maybe an Avenger based card will go there since Avenger & Pentium3 were from the same time.

But yes Gary did use a Quantum3D Case, why this I do not know maybe that Quantum3D was mak'n 3rd party systems as well or they were planned to do that but that never came past the Final Prototype Field tests.
