Maybe the two cards are identical because some vendors didn't build their own cards but take other vendor's cards (in this case Sparkle) and put it in their boxes.
There are many vendors like that, for example Colormaster, APAC or 2themax.

Trust is a vendor that does that too, my Trust Voodoo Dragon 2 is actually a Skywell Technology Magic 3D II 12MB with 25ns ASD branded memory @ 100Mhz.

Yes I know. I own Trust VoodooDragon2 as well. But i asked if in this particular case, can be a Wizaed Voodoo2 made by Sparkle and sold under California Graphics brand...

well I think Wizzard bought the Sparkle card and then they were sold by other Canadian vendors, that is how trust got thier idea on it partually, but yeah could be very well possible.
