He're a joke about a fisherman that allways extra-exagerated:
Every time he came back from fishing trip he would have spread his arms wide and say: "the fish I caught was THAT BIG". Of course, everybody knew that he over-does it, so one time they decided to make fun of him. Before he got the chance to speak about how big the fish was, his friends tied his hands together at ankels, so that only palms were free. Then they asked him:
"NOW show us how big a fish you caught!"
He thinked over for a while, then spread his palms as far as they went and said: "The fishes eye was THAT BIG" 

Now, that's what I call a fisherman
