SST-1: What can/can't I hook it up to?

Okay, my SST-1 (3Dfx Voodoo Graphics) card just came from Ireland today. It will be a while until I can actually install it on my vintage PC (Dell B1000r @1GHz) because I need a new HDD for it.
So anyway, does it matter what card you hook it up to? My vintage PC already has an NVIDIA GeForce2 GTS (AGP) installed, but will it work if I connect the cable to it? Or do I need to just get a regular VGA card for this? Just asking before I try to hook this thing up. Btw, does the same apply for the SST-96 and SST-2? Thanks.

It should work with any 2d-capable video card with a d-sub connector.
