Help identifying a Banshee

I have this banshee card, the problem is that I can't find anywhere a picture that looks exactly like it. Does anyone have this model ? Any clue who makes the card ?

Do you have a picture of the opposite side? This side has no marks at all from which you could guess the manufacturer...

Is there somewhere a FCC ID on the card ?

I made a picture of the back now, but I don't think it will help much, I tried searching those codes, nothing came up (HA2700G0)

Well, I found the CD with the drivers for this card. But no luck from here, inside there are only 3 generic drivers from 3dfx, nothing more. But...the CD looks like this
and the box for Lucky Star Image World Avenger 3D looks like this
So, there's a big chance that the card is made by Lucky Star. Can anyone confirm this ?

Hmm could be.
I have a SD-RAM Version of the Lucky Star Banshee now, but there's no matching codes on the PCB or stickers. Doesn't have have to mean something though...
Here's the Pics of my card:

@Tweakstone; strange, the partnumber (front of card) is the same as on a ProVideo PV810 but those are blue if I'm not mistaking.

Tweakstone, I see, it's the card from TM30 and the CD is not like mine. So, I think it's not Lucky Star

About the cd-rom; it's not from a Lucky Star Image World Avenger.

Clearly not the same cd-rom.

Indeed, the cd-rom seems to indicate other manufacturer, as i already figured from ex-TM30 card.

I also have the same unidentified Banshee card. Looks a lot like a Joytech card so maybe it's some generic OEM version of it.
P.S. Would be nice if we could have the Voodoo lists with pictures of the actual cards in .pdf format so we could id cards faster.

Some time in the future I'll make a website dedicated to the Banshee only. There I will upload detailed Pics from all boards I own (already more than 40 different
).
But I don't think it'll be this year - I'm pretty unexperienced in creating websites, so it'll take its time
