Hi
I have a problem.
I have a AT25 + Voodoo Rush (Single Board)  with tv-out (s-vga and vga) plug but no chrontel chip (upper-left chip on board). Why???? It's chrontel chip that drive tv-out?

Yes, that is correct.

Without the optional TV/out Chip, it won't work...
