Gary,
Isn't the XILINX chip the BIOS chip?
There's even one on the 100SB card.

The CMC-card is a resold Joytech Apollo 3DFast II, you can enter the FCC ID
here
to check it.
The Aristo Voodoo 2 is just an
A-Trend
which was resold by Aristo.

I purchased today a Banshee card, but i can't identify its brand. The PCB and the heatsink is very similar to the Guillemot Maxi Gamer Phoenix, but there is no "Maxi Gamer Phoenix" label on the up-right corner of the card. On the front side of the card is ASSY number 650-0043-01 (Skywell Magic Twinpower Banshee, but it has black PCB), but on the back side it's 600-0043-01 (A-MAX Colormax VA-513, but it is a little bit different too, and has active cooling)
