Does anyone know if a sniper program exists that will sniff out the highest bidders maximum bid and snipe it away for under a buck more at the very last second :o :-X :o

1. That's cheating.
2. eBay saves those values in their database, which you can't access.

heh that is what you think ... ::)

I have resources that know other ways of sniping and really their techniques are far beyond that of ebay on that part ;)

It's that I never needed these their help, since I rather take use of a far greater power, the Force! 8)

Yeah I have to say, I was pretty proud that I snatched it away from the other bidder in the very last second and for less than a dollar over the highest bidder ;D

I've only pulled that off twice out of about 150 auctions. But I've also been on the other side when it happened to me >:(

Dang boots cost $192.00

1. That's not cheating, that's business.
2. So what - who cares... All you need to do is make a batch program that will allways bid a dollar more (a simulation of your right hand ;) and a good, stable internet connection.

The only problem with that would be how it would be viewed in the bid history.

I don't know about you but when I go after something I study the bid history of the current bidders. It gives me an idea who I'm up againist >:(

So? I don't see a problem there... as long as the program get's the work done  ;) I also lost a few times a video card to some guy who gave a dollar more then me... everyone that lose have the right to be angry about it.

Hint :

Whenever your last bid is higher than the previously highest bidder, EBay will automatically bid the required min. amount over it.

Personally, I've won alot of Auctions within the last Seconds by using Firefox and Tabbed browsing.
In the most intense Moments, I had upto 10 Tabs open, ready to go with different Bids set into them.

Technically, I'm able to give a higher bid every Second (thanks to a fast connection), all without "Sniper Software" ;)

Tabbed browsing...  Hmm...

I'll have to try that ;)
