Hmm, so which company built that card? It is clearly unpresented yet so it has to get into that list, or do you disagree to that?
I'd like to know too.
Quote:
I think ProComp resold the Voodoo Rush-cards (that's no discussion for me) but built their own Voodoo 2-cards in reference-layout.
That could be true, but I'll wait for some kind of confirmation on that.
Quote:
That was used but I don't see a reason why the seller (private at ebay) should take a different package than the original in which he bought the card a few years ago.
Maybe he sold the original one, or it broke, or he lost it. Card in a box is worth more than a card alone, and just a box doesn't sell quick.

Added some more cards.
Eye-Q; added some from your lists, could you remove those from your list? (So I won't get confused
)
Stuff I know I'm missing
and would like some help on
;
- 8MB Banshees?
- PowerColor EvilKing 3 PCI cards (Not sure though, but seems strange that I've only found one)
- Falcon Northwest SE (V3 3500 200MHz)

Done
The InnoVISION-cards, the Joymedia Voodoo 2 and the ProVideo PV380 are "original" cards IMO (the ProVideo definitely because I never saw any other V2 with a blue PCB), one reseller I know is CMC Orbit (resold Voodoo Graphics and Voodoo 2-cards).

I think there aren't so many 8-MB-Banshees, you have three production-cards and one prototype so they are represented. Most manufacturers wanted to build cards with more MB than the predecessor so the built 16-MB-cards to tell the customers "more MB = more power" (today it's still the same...
).

@Obi; If I'm not mistaking, someone on this board had a V4 4500 "L" card which booted as a V4 4800. But that didn't make it a V4 4800
Why would it (the Daytona) be a 4800? It's counterpart (The PCI card with DVI) is called 4200 so why wouldn't it be one too?

Gary has that card it boots clearly as Voodoo4-2 4800
that used to be Rolo01's card
remember it's a Voodoo4-2 4800 not Voodoo4 4800
Voodoo4-2 means it has a VSA-101 chip

1) Hank did that bios (v4-2 4800) "call out" as a joke (it also states "HankTV"), marketing handles the naming and number of boards not the engineers.
2) The L-card had been flashed with a 4800 bios, it's a 4500.

ah okay
hehe so it wouldn't be a Voodoo4-2 at all? I wonder what it would of been called officially, Voodoo4-2 4750 maybe? I dunno what the official name would of been of that Daytona.

Not sure what the final name would of been but if it followed the other Daytonas it should have been Voodoo 4-2.

@Eye-Q; I've added the rest of the cards you listed except for these two:
- Unknown Manufacturer Sold as A-Trend Helios 3D
- InnoVISION Mighty 3DX5000 Brown PCB
The PCB says it's a 6MB card, are there memory chips on the back?

I meant VSA-101
but okay, so maybe a Voodoo4-2 4200 AGP TV-Out would of been the actual name for it, they do have the same chip and ram, it's only the output that would of changed the idea
if I can remember the Voodoo4-2 AGP with TV-Out is a Rev.A0 from week 41 year 2000.
@ Nitrox Infinity
You did have a point in a certain point of view 8)

No, it's a 4-MB-card like the one with the green PCB but 4 of the locations for the RAM aren't populated. TM30 has such a card with 6 MB, it's the same PCB but all locations populated.

Updated 05/10/09: cards taken out which are transferred to the list on the first page
The items I own which are not listed (later I'll look at the Banshees and V3s
):
Unknown Manufacturer
Sold as A-Trend Helios 3D
According to yjfy's museum it's an A-Trend VD102P.
So you got the company right, just the wrong card name
