There is another empty connector beneath the RAMDAC, it's exactly opposite to the addressed empty connector, maybe they belong together and they were intended for a 2D-Daughterboard as NitroX infinity stated.

Right under it (above the left side of the PCI connector) I see one too. Also 2x5 pins.
You have all heard of SwapLock/SyncLock.?.?
