Banshee Video Problems
08.08.03 at 04:56:09
I just bought a second-hand Banshee AGP card to upgrade my old PII 333. Some technical details:
Dell Dimension XPS D333 (Pentium II)
Motherboard: Intel AL440LX
When I boot up after installing the card I get one long and two short system beeps and the computer locks up. Can anyone tell me what this means? Card slipped into slot very easily so don't think that is the problem. Most likely card not compatible with hardware?????
Someone please help............

I had the same problem when I tried to use a banshee AGP in my i815EP Board with a pentium 3.
You have to flash the banshee bios to the latest version.
Get the bios here :

But be carefull to pick the right one for your card, SDRam or SGRam.
If you have questions, mail me at Rolo01@gmx.de
