wasn't able to use some of the content.  :-[ the game is Bf 2:complete collection. and cant use the boosterpacks :( I bought it from trusted game store from internet. Do you think that I have right to have new serial number for booster pack compilation, so I can play all content

in theory,yes.in reality,depends on how good their support is..not sure what your problem is though-unreadable files on cd? incompatible version? missing cd key(s)?

but dont get your hopes too high-for example,I had a very unpleasant experience with steam and their sorry excuse for support,I have purchased half-life1 (2nd copy),and the key was already in use..to make a long story short,they have basically told me to go f**k myself,they have my money already and some dude from europe aint going to have the gut to sue them anyway,so what the hell,lets just stop answering the emails and ban him from the forum,that will do the job nicely (of course they didnt say it so bluntly,but you dont need to be a rocket scientist to get the meaning)..

got rid of the game,and never installed steam again..lets hope you wont experience something similar..

I contact with email to finnish ea support: they were giving a new cd key , because they tough that some hacker was taken my key. BUT was so stupid and said that the game was used! so they just say same thing. THIs was first time when being honest I was PUNISHED. thats it I'm gonna go to rob some places
the universal EA support. said samething purchase new or take contact to the store.. so I send them email.
I will call to fin EA support @ monday. I'm gonna tell that bough a new game and cant register. hopefully they don't realise that I have been asked it before  ;)
Last thing what to do is the contact finnis end-user authorities. they help things like this. and they can make statements and you must obey them  ;D HAHAA whos laughin now, bietch(EA)!!
