Voodoo 3 3000 on WinXP with Renegade

Hi, i used to be able to install and play C & C Renegade but then my HDD broke so i got a new one and put XP on from ME and it won't install or play, could anyone else tell me if they have heard of this error before or how to fix it.

When i load the CD it comes up with the install screen but the comes up with the WinXP error reporting service thing and i've tryed everything i can think of!

Please help, thank you

3DFX Tools Version 1.07.00 and the drivers i got with the card was 1.3, do u know where i can get the latest ones and c if that'll work? had a look but can't find any :-s
