3dfx box model numbering....
08.09.08 at 04:37:32
I was looking at the bottom of my v5 5500 AGP card box and I saw the Model #: V555464 110-0846-101
I'm assuming the first part breaks down like this:
V555 = V5 5500 series
4 = ? <-- what does this mean?
64 = 64MB ram onboard
how do you break down the 110-0846-101?
thanks!

Well my guess would be that the 4 stands for AGP slot and 3 is for PCI slot. This is based only on US models of cards.
I found the same numbering scheme on a v3 agp and a v3 pci (still US) so could be a possibility.
Cheers
