Mine for just 23.50$ + shipping (klick for ebay-auction)! And Germany won 4-1 against England, how much better can a weekend get?

Seriously bizarre, how can a super rare card like that just get that cheap while simple Monster3D boards get sold for megabucks. So weird......

Anyhoo, congrats on the win, well deserved! (Both on eBay and footie)

Well, I don't know, too, but one thing is really weird for me, too: I had no chance in finding the card when I searched for it, neither at ebay.com, nor ebay.ca or ebay.de, it didn't matter if I was logged in or not, it just wouldn't show up. I found the auction only by hint of a friend of mine who said he found it via ebay.com.
Another thing I am puzzled about: apparently the members from the Netherlands (NitroX Infinity?) and Romania (G1nX?) who asked questions about shipping costs didn't bid on it, and I know they are hard contenders normally. Wink

I think NitroX was the first bidder on the item. As for myself I was watching the auction but did not ask the question about shipping there are other collectors from Romania. I was not tempted in bidding for it as I have two of these cards one of them with a small bracket and that's enough for me as can be seen in the picture bellow Smiley

...

Anyhow congrats on a very nice card!
Cheers,
G1nX

Yes, I made a first bid of $1 to check if I could bid. Happened too many times that a seller told me I could bid but didn't change the auction's settings. Unfortunately, I missed the ending of the auction once again due to tv.

Congrats, Eye-Q Wink

I was wanting to bid on that card if it wasn't for the high shipping which was a factor. Also the need for a pass through wasn't a thrill either.

I went to the customs today and got the S-12 AGP-TV and a V3 2k PCI sealed which arrived in the meantime, too. Smiley Pictures will be taken tonight.

Isn't that a prototype/preproduction Banshee?

I think so so too by referencing pictures on the web, but also some of the markings of the card. I know I don't take very good pictures but on one memory module there is written "A021" and another clue is the pcb date 2498 pretty early for a Banshee.

The card that Gary has in that picture also has the chip the handles the TV-Out ports and few of the ones I've seen have it.
See here also the 8Mb version of the same card
