Tim is right.
Simon, I assume that you don't own that card.
The picture seems to be taken from tweakers.net forum.
Am I right ?

Do you physically own this card? If so then you are very lucky, this would be the second only existing sample of this card. 3DFX Voodoo 5000 as it was only a prototype.

Well that's not entirely accurate.
The V5 5k is a prototype but there are more then one out there. Some are known to be in collector hands others are not. See some more details about these cards here:

That was Obi-Wan Kenobi's old 3dfx Voodoo5 5000 AGP 32MB Rev.A0 3700 which was sold to Murfi (the black hole) some time ago.

The original picture is here:

Treats is right.

The card shows was Obi-Wan Kenobi's card which he once bought from osckhar back in Q1 2006 for, which was later sold to Murfi a Romanian that lived in Belgium in Q2 2007 because of a heavy depressive stage in his life, he sold all what he had, because he felt nothing for it.

The photo is originated from this gallery:
http://www.3dfx.ch/gallery/v/3dfx_collec…Napalm/album04/

Gold Leader is as most know also the same guy as Obi-Wan Kenobi.

The good new is he has regain the Force and is feeling stronger than ever, he also healed from his depressions in the past, hence professional help and good medication, Obi-Wan Kenobi / Gold Leader greets everyone at this board and is willing to help if anyone seeks his help for certain 3dfx issues or technical questions.
