I came up with an idea to make a seperate plate for it with the logo. I attached a pic of the 0.25" plate. The logo will go on that plate to give it some personality. Beginning 3dfx logo :

Now comes the hard part, filling that logo with a solid sheet of polished copper. The next step is trying to cut the identical logo out of copper, just a hair smaller so it drops right into that logo and glue it into place.

He just have to order a new bit, and a new collet. Machine tried to drill to the center of the earth. Screwed up a single digit of code. Thats why it takes so long to code. That X is going to be a PAIN. Now, just need the rest of the letters to come out as well.

What's left to do?

Cut the back plate out, now just have to start the "Voodoo5 6000" rear logo without filling with copper.

Still have to seal the main block and clean it up a little bit.

Need to test the complete Watercooling system with the card to see if there are no leaks.

After all, V5k6 card will be to come in my home.
