Ebay should be easy, any computer store should have a disc on the rack. Lots of Compaq's shipped with them if you know anyone with a business & a Compaq they might have the OEM disc.

A friend who worked for a major company gave me some sealed discs with manuals from Compaq systems they had there that were being discarded.

okay i looked at ebay, it doesnt cost much...

and tomorrow i will look at work if they have an old NT licence...

It will work with NT 4.0 Workstation or Server version so which ever one you find will work. It's a little easier to setup workstation as server has a lot more setup questions.

okay i used a buy it now auction at ebay and paid with paypal... so NT is on the way tomorrow...

lets hope my merc is working... if yes it was a good deal, if no, it still was a good deal  Grin
