yes ,powercolor's productions with 3dfx's chips are authorized by 3dfx,but some odd V4s(difficult to get more info)may come from the blackmarket, Roll Eyes
Thought they're really cool, they looks a bit of ugly and unnatural , Grin
I prefer V4s from STB  Grin
