No. It would not even be possible; different pinout...
Just a Banshee with 5.5ns (183Mhz) RAM rather than its orriginal 10ns (100Mhz) memory. The card design has severe limitations, so no luck running the RAM at its rated speed. Yet quite fun to look at...

It's in my V1 PC and working good.
