MSI-6168 update
02.12.06 at 17:39:28

One of the items in my collection is a Packard Bell MSI-6168 motherboard with a P2-450 and 64MB of ram... I have been thinking about mounting the system in a case for some time (indeed I had it in a Graphite case for a few months but there was no room for a CDROM!)... Last week a friend of mine picked up a pile of PC parts from a yard sale for $20 and gave me a Packard Bell with a Cyrix CPU!

I doubt it is the correct case for the 3dfx based system but it does make a nice display. Everything in the case (including the 3.2 gig hard drive) is Packard Bell issue aside from the network card.

...

Old PC motherboard with 225 mhz Cyrix cpu and 96 mb of 72 pin SIMMS

...

Front and side of the case- I need to find an oval floppy button as the one is missing..

...

Side shot showing the installed bits- Very nice I lucked out and have the TV out backplate too!

...

A Packard Bell & 3dfx themed desktop of course.
