Reflashing a 5500 mac. (Read 110 times)

sb306 Full Member Offline I hate Nvidia! Posts: 154 Fresno ca, U.S. Gender:	Reflashing a 5500 mac. 31.03.09 at 09:32:44 I did a search but didnt find anything. How difficult is it to reflash a mac card for use on a pc? I thought I remembered reading that it was possible. Ive never tried anything like that so I was wondering what it involved. Or maybe someone out there would be willing to do it for a price?

Reply #2 - 31.03.09 at 10:20:15 I did it : it very easy ! first go here (http://3dfxbios.stantoworld.co.uk/) Create a boot disk or floppy, put the 3dfx flash program and BIOS wanted. When your are in DOS, just call the flash progam, then follow the instructions.
