Help identify a possible 3DFX card

Hey guys,

I came across the following card and for some reason I get the idea that it might be 3DFX.

Can anyone shed some light on it?? Maybe Canopus?? Seeing as it has not just the standard voodoo vga connectors??

Is this anything special?? I suppose there are a lot of these out there??

Diamond, Guillemot, Orchid, Innovision or Colormaster are (here in Germany) notably easier to find.

Anyone interested in it?? I can't use it cause it is a MAC card, and I don't have one of those.
