problems with amigamerlin 3.0

hi, (sorry for my english
i use the amigamerlin 3.0 driver with v_ctrl (v5 & xp).
1. problem: enemy territory - i can't read any font.
2. problem: 3 or 4 horizontal stripes (thin lines) in games.
are these known problems?

use a wicked gl driver to get it going and clear the menu
i`ve ran it on a v 5500 on millenium it took a bit of restarting the game and trying different wicked files
2. sounds like a xp error like on max payne with v5

wicked gl? it's just a patchwork. the visual quality of the wicked gl is not so good
the 3dhq beta 10 has no problems with the fonts in et, and this driver is older than the amigamerlin3.0. maybe i should change the driver....
other solutions?

Umm, I think you'll find that WickedGL actually has BETTER visual quality than the default 3Dfx OGL miniport driver!
At least it has for me (and I suspect several other people!) and I've been using it for quite a while!
(C'mon people, back me up here!)

Well, I have never seen better graphics than Quake, or any other Quake powered game, played with WickedGL.

Indeed!
WickedGL is so good that it's the only thing that keeps me from using Quantum3D's drivers on my Obsidian2 X-24 and 200SBi! WickedGL doesn't work with Quantum3D's drivers so I use 3dfx reference drivers.
I love WickedGL (and Metabyte's Voodoo2 stereo driver)!

nothing wrong with wicked gl good simple fix for alot of games , which otherwise arn`t playable and use the most recent version you can find !
only SIN is no good with the high rez version , the in game text is blurred

Yup, blurry text can be a bit of an annoyance...
..otherwise it ROCKS!
It'll be interesting to see what the new MESA-GL driver brings to the scene when it's released!
