World of Warcraft game slowing down with the sfft alph 33 driver associated with 3dfxTools(fastest performance without AA) and I play with 800x600 24bit.I think that it uses Direct3D,but I am certain that it uses Hardware T&L that the Voodoo5 doesn't have. Undecided
Thenks for your additional suggestions Wink

well, there is not much you can do.run the game at 800*600 16 bit low detail if possible.and try single chip mode, seems like its faster for some games..WoW uses D3D.

a strong AthlonXP Thoroubred or Barton CPU should get you along verywell Smiley

combine that with your Voodoo5 5500 AGP or PCI and WoW should run @ 800 x 600 x32 Normal settings with ease @ normall settings.

for Voodoo5 6000 users no prob's @ 1024 x 768 x32 @ High settings, since the engine is like War Craft III

thanx to the latest Raziel64 Evolution Driver s Smiley
