If it's just the card; it's an A-Trend Technology Corporation ATC-2486A Banshee.

You can identify A-Trend cards easily by their numbering; usually 24xxy (in this case 2486A) and the coloured circular sticker. Red in this case, can also be yellow.

392-0485-C00R10; really simple, look a few posts back where we talked about the A00R10 and B00R10 cards from A-Trend Wink
