Well, the Configuration is probably one of the most difficult one could possibly choose for a Voodoo2 :
- WinXP
- AthlonXP CPU
- High FSB (which Voodoo2's can have compatibility issues with)
The only thing you could do, is to mix&match components from the Athlon compatible Driver set, and test if any combination works
According to Quantum Graphics, the 3dfx Chipsets have compatibility issues with modern, high FSB Systems (133MHz and above) , that can prevent operation right from the start.
I know quite a few people managed to make their Voodoo2 (even in SLI) work in AthlonXP Systems, but with WinXP as an additional burden, it becomes as difficult as it can get

Otherwise, Procerus might also be a very good man to contact. He's among the most experienced Voodoo2 Users I know of, and might have additional clues where to start
Sorry that I can't help more, but I haven't used a Voodoo2 for a long time, and certainly never used WinXP
This combination is asking for Trouble, but apparently it is possible in some cases
